Craig,re:"...own interest". This is so true. Why OPEC or energy companies are obligated to make someone else rich. If you can't afford it, don't use it.
"I can't drive with small car on the highway". "I don't want to mess up our environment". "I want my house cold in summer, hot in winter".
Honestly, you are not going to be a good politician, Craig.
You need to go with the flow, like the California governer. Side with the 'RIGHT side'. Play the poor vs rich game, the victim vs aggressor game. The games.
There are much more liquidity in this market than AG can afford to admit in the open (politically incorrect). Check the STAR's incomes. The sport stars, the movie stars, the con-artist stars, the corporate stars, the smart stars. These folks income are inflationary.
AG knows there are too much money in the system, just that he has no control on who get what and how much.
While we are exporting the low-pay high-tech jobs(since there are no qualifyied Americans), the inflation/deflation statistics depend on where you are at.
The real-estate agent keeps bugging me to buy now. Reason being we are importing so many people to take the low-pay high-tech jobs and it puts a big demand on houses and apartments.
Reluctantly I (a renter) have to agree with his view. |
