Your "accurate" indicator gives you a quantitative picture of when professional "elephants" are tiptoeing in and out of the market... and that's one piece of the puzzle. Technical analysis will predict the behaviors of a different group of traders. So, rather than blast every person that mentions the dreaded "stochastics" or the "Macd", why not make note of what they are following and add it to your system. The value of these indicators is in what they cause people to do. Who knows... maybe some of your "elephants" give due consideration to these little bands of traders that ride the backs of stochastic curves... I suspect they do, when possible. Mike
