glenn, their system is so poor they can't even tell me what my old account # is and i spoke to a rep on the phone! now i sign up as a new customer and they'll say their customer database is growing. unreal! i'm using a $25 gift certificate i earned by getting ofoto.com to send me 25 pictures for $2.50 shipping. 25 pics, $25 gift cert for $2.50.

now that is a business model i can get behind! :-)
