Currently, warrant holders would be better off to trade their warrants directly because of the time premium. As we get closer to next April, they may take advantage of the arbitrage opportunity.

Shorting against 8 million warrants could hold things back unless their is someone waiting in the wings to absorb that selling.

Any thoughts?
