Next spring would be just fine with me. I'm not greedy! Sure, they're also eliminating 2 million square feet of production facilities. But, as they integrate all those pieces into neater, tighter bundles and take up less space to produce them, their costs should go down and roic go up. A couple of the many things I wish I knew more about (in addition to weeding out all the FUD about whether there's demand in general to light up the dark fiber and the truth about the extent of any "fiber glut") are the life-and replacement/upgrade cycles of these parts that are already in service. Do they need to be upgraded like pc 3-yr product replacement cycles? 5 yrs? 10 yrs? never?
