I'm currently using covered calls to rescue some failed trades. So far I have been able to set it up so that I make money if the market goes up a bunch or if it goes down enough to more than cover the commissions. If my shares get called away, it will make my day, because it means that my net will be the equivalent of getting the original profit I was aiming for when I opened the long trades. Meanwhile, the profit on each CC trade is not large, but it's fun nevertheless.

BTW, what kind of conditions have real estate agencies been placing on buyers?
