Who is this Greg Sommers that bought Intertel.net? Wasn't he involved w/ WAXS (which see-now 4 cents/sh)? The beginning of the confernce call the mgmt of INTL said that thye had sold the company to very experienced telcom poepl who had worked at WCOM and Qwest. At the end of the call they then said this guy Greg Sommers had worked at World Acess (WAXS) not Worldcom (WCOM). What gives? This acquisition Co., Com Services Corp, is supposedly based in Texas, but they said it was a Nevada Corp in domicile.

Futher INTL said that they had valued their remaining stake in intertel.net of 17% at $3 Million, thus implying a $17.5 M total value for Intertel.net. What did INTL receive for this value from Com Services?
