<< I see an admonition against praying for show as opposed to believers praying together. >>

And do you have the ability to know how many believers are at a high school, or any other public function? I have talked privately to many people who don't want prayer coerced upon them at public functions, but go along with it because they prefer not to stir up any trouble, and just go along with it. I no longer do. I deliberately sit down when it happens, and all of those good Christians glare at me. I can see hate in their eyes, not the love that their Savior teaches.

If that seems harsh, why should I consider their feelings when they have no concern for mine. It's time for the rest of us to not put up with public praying any more. If you want to pray, do it silently, as your Christ taught you to.
