From what I've been seeing and hearing, companies, from OEMs to IT groups at corporations, are hunkering down and evaluating only what they have to. For example, what happened to the normally friendly to AMD Compaq's evaluation of AMD's MP solution? Same with IBM, Gateway.... They went away along with a lot of other things in Greenspan's IT nuclear winter. If things don't pick up by Clawhammer time, it will probably languish also. Fact of life in an industry specific recession like now.
