You misunderstood, the pile of manure is Bush-Cheney's energy gouging/pollution scandals. Cost to Americans - hundreds of billions. Clinton was cleared of all mostly imaginary charges except bedroom antics. Look in the paper today and you'll see more evidence of Bush/Cheney's #1 perogative being to dismantle environmental laws for polluting industry in exchange for major soft money. An every day occurence protected by lies and deflected by disinformation. But I'm sure Leiberman will cut through the BS.
