700MHZ PIIIs are old tech at this point, look pathetic to someone with a 2-3 year time horizon, and unit volume is falling off very quickly. Most of the replacement sales will be the GHZ+ P4s, and a very few will be Athlon MPs.

Xeon ASPs are dropping like a rock.

Deal with it.
