Thinking about it is okay, but I don't feel there is any rush. Electronics and autos will not be ramping up production until the economy turns around, and I don't foresee that happening for another year. Meanwhile. Russia has apparently resolved the internal wrangling that delayed deliveries, SA has brought, and will continue to bring, more production on line, and metal substitution will become an ever increasing reality. I am neutral on this stock until the landscape changes. JMHO, of course. Sleeper
