When the trustee asked about the value of the MTL, JPC and DW's first answer was zero. The trustee said since it was on the asset list, it had to have a value. PNLK said $10,000 (including the website) with the following explanation, that since it was un-finished and un-tested that they were not even certain it would work. They admitted that PNLTV was given to GZ for zero dollars. 10 - 56 employees (according to PR's), 3.5 years time, 24 million PP's sold at between $.20 to $5.00 per share to generate cash and the sum total of what was created is worth less then a month of GZ's salary. I think they would be embarrassed to admit this.... Will they sell to us for this? Put that on your resume GZ and DW, I'm sure another pump and dump company will hire you in a minute. Quite an accomplished scam.......
