Almost certainly the class action lawyers will observe this too. Then after a law suit is filed, AMD will -- using shareholder money -- pay for the insider sales and pay the legal fees. Jerry and rest of the AMD insiders will keep their profits.

This cycle where the insiders win and the shareholders lose has happened many times and keeps repeating itself.
