<<FWIW, this has been one heck of a tough market to profit in. I doubt it will get much easier for a while.

I thought you were playing both the long and short end of things. I havent read the porch in over a month, but I think I remember you and RR playing EXTR, both long and short.........I sold my extr yesterday at $28.59, cause up til then, every time it hit 28 or 28.50, it would go back down to low 20's......so I took my profit and ran. Wont go short, but still hoping she comes back down to low 20's so I can buy some back.....would also like to build a nice position in NTAP for the long term......last buy was at $9.60 and 10.49......kinda want it to shoot up<ggg>, but also wouldnt mind getting some at $5 or $6........
JDSU....sheez.....at least I sold some at $130, but then again, I bought it back in the 70's and still hold it, so......at this point, it's so low, I aint gonna sell it.....dont think I will add any, although it is tempting at this level, but I will sit on the shares I have and see if they rebound in the next 5 years....... |
