Well, you said, you have gone through all kinds of markets .... ?
I am assuming your 50, and have been trading since 25,... therefore, you have gone through only one type of market, over the last 25 years ... and that is a.... A BULL Market.
This my friend is different ....

For the first time, Kondratieff Waves are beginning to make sense....
I do like you, but, these markets are different my friend, very different,....I am beginning to see depressionary type environments coming from all sectors, not just the markets.
The more I think, the more, I see the world mutating from the last 100 year Industrial age into something different that may take from 5 - 10 years before the process is complete.
And as far as Daytrading, margins are getting smaller and smaller each month and the risks just get larger.
Do not take your last 25 year BULL Market trading model and use it in a BEAR market, for it will not work.
