We must be realistic about that huge write off at JDSU, when it paid for its acquisitions, JDSU paid with "paper", often more overvalued than the "paper" of the target acquisition. Actually, I believe that huge write off assures that JDSU will not pay taxes for quite some time, a little future bonus to share holders. Is its current price justified, I don't think so, but the market think differently (g).
