What is your support for that statement? I would argue just the opposite. Electorate had distinct and clear preferences ... on one hand, those who hated Clinton/Gore ... on the other hand, those who rejected the right-wing attitudes of the Republican Party's standard-bearers. As a result, turnout was fairly heavy on Nov. 8 (comparitively speaking).

You're right. I don't bother with RWET anymore.
