I realize that your question is not a question at all, but a pumping of the most effective left wing anti-American strategy of the last 40 years: devaluing the democratic process.

But to give you an idea of how compelling this intentionally hidden problem is, you could publish a 25-word article far and wide. Publish, also, the answers to three (3) True and False questions about it. Keep them ALWAYS in the same pattern: "T, F, T". And allow any group or party to train their followers on how to execute this simple test...and it's practically GUARANTEED that 15% to 20% of the people who voted in 2000 would still fail.

And the winning presidential candidate can deploy US armed forces in conflict for up to 60 days before Congress gets to shut him down.

Give me even the partial reform here, and I'll accept, in exchange, a world full of drunk drivers who can't remember the accellerator from the break...
