But we agree.... For sure. And your comment about the trouble with spies and the moon... Doing the world from geo is 3 hops and 3 costs. For certain apps, a single hop that covers the northern hemisphere could show advantages. Tracking in X and Y is kind of cheap these days, as might be surfeit Russian transponder space. Gateway stations on each continent... Non-mainstream --- out of the box --- did this not start out with carrier current data rates?
