"The US Constitution guarantees citizens the right to monetary support by the government if they do not adequately provide for themselves."

Cut the crap. The reason colleges are dropping the SAT is because it defeats the racially discriminatory admission policies they want.

God-given? If it was given by god, WHY was it not a part of every government throughout history?
It was given in the US Constitution and state and federal laws and you know it. And those laws can and have legitimately limit it. Can 8-year-olds vote? Can felons vote in all states?

If you don't believe in universal suffrage, then you are a nothing more than an exclusionary elitist.
So you really are going to maintain that an ignorant electorate is a good electorate?
You should hang your head shame. If I said or implied any such thing anywhere on SI, I would disappear from this site forever.
