Yes and it takes weeks for prices to come down. Bush/Cheney are clearly in charge of a cartel manipulating power prices globally for their political power and massive greed. That money goes into undermining democracy as it pays for massive corruption, disinformation campaigns and attack ads to conceal their own wrong-doing. This may become a a trillion dollar ripoff before it's over. The Energy Cartel is trying to run out government. With tobacco, weapons and drug/HMO companies thrown in. They will pay anything to try and fool voters into thinking they're patriots. They're not. They're thieves, liars and are threatening to plunder our global environment as much as it's ever been plundered before. And I used to respect the Bush family. No more. Money and power is all that matters to them now. And they will break any rules or moral considerations they have to in order to fool the average American voter. Watch the lies, follow the money and don't be fooled yourselves. This is far bigger than Watergate. It is indeed a coup d'etat because Bush has no mandate to do this and lied to voters during the election about his intentions.
