Daym. The tenant on my farm wanted to sign up for the Government program last year. I don't like them but went along so he could get on the program. Last week I get a paper from the USDA wanting me to prove what the USDA measured in my bins last year. WHAT THEY MEASURED!! I sent them the tare sheets from the elevator. Now the grain being stored would have shrunk buy at least1% from drying between measuring and hauling. I just got a letter threatening me with legal action from the US government because the tare was .00064% less than what they measured. I can't believe it.
