Hi DJ, System? What system? The coordinates were punched in, galley stocked, anchors raised, and I still feel as if I left the sunny foliage fringed white sand decorated cove and somehow ended up in the washing machine set on spin cycle.

I think Maurice could be right … eventually, and maybe even now. The swimming pool of finance looks OK, and eventually, in the fullness of time, we on this thread will have to jump in. After you;0)

Reading the last 20 some posts on this thread from elmatador, CB, westpacific, Don, KyrosL, Oblomov, energyplay, Maurice and yourself makes me want to be in cash, bonds, stocks, real estate, to quote CB, << Errrr, aaaah, ummmm>>, but only after they get cheap enough. I think I will jump into the swimming pool after the water has been filtered of the crimson stuff and is clearer;0)

No hurry, no urgency, no compelling value.

Another quick “Search” on my past postings indicates that my I do not really have a system, do no independent fundamental research, and do stare at a chart or two and read some brokerage reports before buying, but never before selling. I do tend to put a bit of faith in human psychology.

<<One feels so... powerless>>

against Herr Doctor Greenpeas, we are powerless. I am wondering if the financial market might no rise after he retires from his office.

<<kids>>

Wife is in France for three weeks, and so I will have to wait a bit:0)

Yup, the boat is definitely out of the sunny cove and some how ended up in the washing machine. Some sort of parallel universe thing. Hope things will work out like in the movie "Matrix" where if we refuse to believe then we can not get hurt. The continued health of the bubble is all of a sudden critically important to many vested folks>>

… and this Softbank Chronicles sums up my ‘system’ pretty well.
