If flap posts one more Freudian liberal racist slip, he may have to change his moniker to "Bull flapjack". The so-called "underclass" that he seems to worship is not a permanent fixture. Over a few years the "members" work their way up to middle-class and higher, and new ones take their place. Only in non-capitalist economies is that not the case. But liberals are so racist they can't see anything but classes, and those classes must remain stable, or liberals would have to admit how wrong they are. The stalling of many inner-city blacks in the lower economic strata is an innovation of post WWII liberalism. They should NOT be proud of that, but they keep fighting to sustain it...
