You haven't been reading any of the posts. The "black vote count" is inaccurate because it is mostly limited to the people you liberals are still holding down on your inner-city plantations. The compelling issues for Hispanics and blacks, once again, are:

Non-confiscatory marginal tax rates.

Relief from the Social Security heist.

Schools with a goal of teaching children rather than enriching teachers unions.

Minimizing street crime.

It may be lost on you and your racist liberal pals, but be assured it is NOT lost on emerging Hispanic and black middle-class voters, the ones the left wing media treats like Soviet-style non-people...
