From the photos, it looks like you live in Florida which would allow you to grow the orchids in the trees all year, I believe. Here in Georgia, our winters would be too harsh. Is it possible to grow them on trees in the Spring and Summer then transfer them to pots for the Winter months?

I had an uncle in Pompano Beach that grew them for a short while. They are really very beautiful. I never thought of the different blooming cycles...that makes a lot of sense! Thanks again....I'm on my way back outside to fertilize the gardenia shrubs and roses.
