I've been using Paypal for over a year.... excellent way to close transactions on eBay.... also works well for my puzzle business which is Internet based, although PayPal now takes about a 2.4% cut off the top, this has tempered my enthusiasm for using PayPal for larger orders. I don't know the % QUALCOMM owns... but I suspect they'll have a very nice payoff when PayPal eventually goes public. How'd you miss this one? :-)
