Are old-fashioned bull and bear markets obsolete? Value stocks were in a bear trend during the NAZ and big cap bubble. But since the NAZ bubble burst and non-Naz big caps got hit some, value stocks have experienced a decent bull move.

I am wondering if the value stocks will go into bear mode again when the NAZ and S&P 500 finally trough and begin sustained upmoves. Simply put many "value" stocks are no longer good values.
