Bob, HRP has been showing up on my radar these last few days. It may drop under 8.50, but I expect 8.15 or 8.50 to be the low of this dividend cycle. It's unlikely techs will get hot, so momentum money is unlikely to bail out of REITs. I will be away for the next 3-1/2 weeks. Good luck investing in August! Richard
