Hi BWAC, I have asked this question to several people,ever since the Nortel splash. I have yet to get a definitive answer.If it allows a deduct from operating earnings - the next 46 billion are tax free??? Too good to be true - but at some point it has to have an effect/depreciation. We need an IRS accountant ,that is an investor, to give us an informal interpretation on some thing that could be huge . JMHO Bob
