<font color=red>Speaking Out Against Brokerage-Chat Site Securities Fraud, The Consequences: Counsel to the Trading Chat Site KingCAMBO.com

The following I received from Counsel to KingCAMBO.com late last year. When I telephoned LeClair Ryan to respectfully refuse to the demands outlined below, attorneys working for this firm proceeded to shout down the telephone line. No legal action has been forthcoming.

Dear Mr. Asser.

It has come to the attention of our client, KingCAMBO, Ltd. ("KingCAMBO"), that you are posting false, defamatory language concerning KingCAMBO on your website,
www.stock-operators.com, in mass-marketing e-mails and on various message boards. Specifically, you have posted the following libelous statements: (1) that KingCAMBO has broker affiliations, (2) that KingCAMBO encourages scalping, and (3) that KingCAMBO is engaged in "massive, organized securities fraud." These statements are not true. KingCAMBO has received additional information that, at various times in the past, you have posted other libelous statements concerning KingCAMBO.

KingCAMBO demands that, on or before December 6, 2000, you post a statement on your website retracting any and all statements that you have made regarding KingCAMBO.
KingCAMBO also demands that you provide it with copies of your retraction via mail and e-mail. If you do not post such a retraction or if KingCAMBO is not satisfied that your retraction effectively alleviates the damage you have caused to its reputation, KingCAMBO will explore pursuing any and all appropriate remedies available to it.

KingCAMBO has worked hard to create a website that provides its members with non-personalized, disinterested opinions and commentaries on securities and trading markets and
trading market indicators. It will not tolerate libelous attacks by competitors, whose objective is to damage the success and goodwill KingCAMBO has created.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Sincerely,

Gordon F. Bailey, III
