Following this correspondence, I provided Counsel to Terra Nova Trading, L.L.C. direct evidence of the ongoing and serial nature of fraudulent violations of the United States securities statutes performed by its client and its branch offices. No response was forthcoming.

Dear Mr. Asser,

This law firm represents Terra Nova Trading LLC ("Terra Nova") and is writing concerning your bulletin board posting dated November 17, 2000 regarding The Executioner and Manhattan Beach Trading, both of which are branch offices of Terra Nova. You assert that these firms have been "defrauding clients and members for years" and have "kicked back" to day trading sites. You state that you are "in possession of indisputable evidence" supporting your allegations.

Terra Nova values highly the integrity of its business practices and the protection of its customer accounts. Because Terra Nova takes its obligations seriously, it would appreciate receiving the evidence supporting your allegations. Terra Nova also values highly its good name and business reputation. Any defamatory statements that injure Terra Nova's reputation or imply that Terra Nova is acting improperly will be carefully reviewed by Terra Nova to determine the appropriate response to end such meritless conduct.
