Mobile Pentium III-M (Tualatin) Power Consumption

heise.de

This data is from c't:

Processor Clock-speed TDPmax(*)

Tualatin 1,13 GHz / 733 MHz 21,8 W / 9,3 W
Tualatin 1 GHz / 733 MHz 20,5 W / 9,3 W
Tualatin 933 MHz / 733 MHz 20,1 W / 9,3 W
Tualatin 866 MHz / 667 MHz 19,5 W / 9,0 W
Coppermine 1 GHz / 700 MHz 34,0 W / 16,1 W
Coppermine 900 MHz / 700 MHz 30,7 W / 16,1 W
Coppermine 850 MHz / 700 MHz 27,5 W / 16,1 W
Coppermine 800 GHz / 650 MHz 25,9 W / 15,1 W

(*) TDPmax = maximum Thermal Design Power

It runs at 1.40V and at 1.15V in SpeedStep Mode. There is another new mode, "deeper sleep", where it runs only at 0.85V. Additionally Tualatin can change between the different modes instantly now (similar to PowerNow!), depending on the performance needs.
