Per your chart, the 3-BLACK CROWs actually was completed 5 weeks ago, and it continued down 4 straight weeks thereafter. This was a case where there was no pause/bounce after the completion of the 3-crows.

Maybe just a FIB rebound of the complete down leg. In this case since the selloff is far below the 3-CROWs, the 3-CROWs have been fully satisfied and no longer an issue.
