Terry Thank you! The home we are looking at is a medium size ranch on 5 acres of land. The area is in the way of the current progress so I feel it is prime pickings to get in now and wait for the progress to overtake us. It is rural now but likely to be considered suburban in 5-8 years. I guess this would be my only concern. Seems like a wonderful retirement type home however. Great golf, parks and shopping are all within 20-30 min drive. ht Mag
