Mag- That property sounds like a keeper.

At least in this area- it seems there is a shortage of properties like that. I can sell 5 acre bldg. lots near town but not too far out, like ice cream at the beach in July. I see no reason they would not continue to be popular. But if they don't, I never said nuthin' bout it. <g>

If the property is wooded, that's even better. Everybody likes to have a few trees. A pond is desirable too. Have you ever visited Graceland in Memphis? When Elvis bought the place, it was out in the country on a 2 lane road. Now, it sits in the middle of a very urban area, w/ 5-6 lanes passing by. Definitely looks out of place. Worth a fortune though..

What a dull market today! What is it they say- Never short a dull market?
