I have never said that astn is a total scam

Quit trying to put words in my mouth like that astn lawsuit. In the lawsuit fred has to string quoted words together to make it seem that I said that. If I had said that, he would have been able to quote me saying exactly that instead of stringing words together from various postings.

I do personally believe that astn has scammy elements involved.

Mark Valentine a uttc director and controller of many funds invested in astn is being sued for stock manipulation and fraud in regard to his toxic financing which is very similar to the current jameson deal. His firm also has six canadian securities investigations ongoing and his fund calp II is has a lawsuit as well in regard to missing funds. Please see canadian news items posted here before.

Ivan Gothner was the managing director of First United during the boilerroom and mob involvement in astn's ipo. He is now a current director and arranged the toxic funding.

Rittereiser has been involved in and lost lawsuits from the person who started uttc and his ex boss who took over First Jersey.

Westergaard the company stock promoter was sued for fraud perpetrated during his astn promotion. He had no disclaimer and made overly rosy projections. Fred presented these same numbers at westergaard's financial conferences as well.

Continental Capital and Equity was also sued for fraud by the SEC and insider trading. They promoted astn from $2 to $18 and were very well compensated.

This does not look like a 100% honest company to me. Do you own DD and make your own conclusions.
