elmatador- So one wonders why BT want to sell their local loop monopoly?...I think there is more to this than meets the eye. I don't know BT well enough to see what's behind what may be a test PR. So what would be left of BT once they sell their local loop. If they think they are going to make as much revenue charging for use of CO, then ultimately this would be a bad idea for the consumer. In other words, a monopoly is still a monopoly. Albeit, further up the twisted pair. -MikeM(From Florida)
