If selling calls is bearish, then what do you make of somebody that has apparently BOUGHT 513 of those calls that expire in less than one month?

In addition the put-to-call ratio is improving. I see people buying calls and closing their short positions. This is yet another factor that suggests that VSVR is positioned for a rebound (maybe a hugh rebound).
