How do I "get over" having an openly partisan Supreme Court?

There's nothing in that regard to get over. The decision was sound and based upon Article II and the 14th Amendment of the Constitution and relevant federal statutory law. BTW, the Court found the recount method unfair by a 7-2 majority. The remedy was where the difference was created. In any case, the decision was not partisan but the best it could be under the circumstances.
