Mandated free and public education for the children of all of the residents of the USA comes with the responsibility for all for the residents of the USA to send their children to school with one primary goal. It would be nice if all parents sent their children to school each day with the clear understanding that they are attending school to learn, and that anything they do to interfere with that process is a first degree violation of intent.
