At the AMTX press conf in Dallas during SuperCom, AMTX reiterated that 1) due diligence at time of merger was extreme, that they had 4 legal opinions of noninfringement, and 2) that at time of std process Telebit (everyone) was aked whether its technology was infringed by the std and telebit never spoke up.

Hopefully this is a dead issue. I repeat, hopefully.
