Who cares? If you get to the beach and want to get wet, but didn't bring any bathing clothes, why should you avoid going bathing?
My wife works as a teacher for 6-10 y.o. kids, and when the Copenhagen city financed institution, where she works, took all the kids and went swimming last week (it's summer holiday and sea water is warm), one of the adult men (approx. age 50) bathed naked - he doesn't own bathing clothes. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that, and everybody had a good time.
Since I cannot get more than 50km away from the coast without leaving the country, it's a very natural thing to be at the coast/beach, and it would be a big violation of people's freedom if they couldn't just hop in when they wanted. You can also walk the coast line everywhere in Denmark. No private owned property includes the coast line. In Sweden, you can put up a tent on other people's private property, if it's at least 300 meters from nearest building. You should ask the owner first, but you don't have to.
Freedom is not about money - it's about fewer restrictions on individuals and having several good choices. Europeans want good choices in operating systems. Right now, many Europeans only have one good choice - Windows. That's restrictive, which means that the European Commission has a case.
