Sounds bullish for CPN- <<The officials removed were traders who bought power on behalf of the state from generator Calpine Corp. (CPN) while simultaneously holding Calpine stock.>> *************** When these guys held CPN, the rest of the world thought CPN was crazy for selling 10 year electricity at $70 when they could have gotten $250 to $1000 on the spot market. I will bet these trader's really wanted to sell CPN during that period but for some reason held back.
