I guess I see their logic. If RCL truly breaks the BRRL next resistance is $30. But not only is their RS weak, they are under performing their sector. They are also over 100% overbought on a daily basis. Not as overbought on a weekly (49%). Also where do you put the stop? 19.0? 18.5? Seems like a lot risk for a small gain. Hardline
