Merck A great company with a tremendous past. Merck to me is one of the great companies that never dies no matter what the economic conditions do. If you had bought MRK 10 years ago and tucked it away you`d have a nice nest egg by now. Pfizer is another one I like in the pharmaceutical industry. Right now it has a more promising product pipeline than Merck.
