(Redmond, Washington)--HEAR was to announce Q2 earnings this afternoon at 2:00 PM EDT and hold their annual shareholders meeting tomorrow Tuesday 31 July ref/ corporate-ir.net HEAR abruptly announced the closing of their business early Monday morning 30 July 2001 completely blindsiding their shareholders denying them important shareholder due process rights and after all shareholder proxies were submitted to approve a 1:10 reverse stock split ot maintain HEARs NASDAQ listing status ref/ 12 July 2001 HEAR announcement biz.yahoo.com and only six days before Accel-KKR announced their Telecom [Asset] buyout fund [per above]. HEAR also abruptly announced the cancellation of tomorrow's scheduled Annual Shareholder Meeting pursuant to said Def/14-A Form of Proxy filed on 15, 26, and 27 July 2001 ref/ nasdaq.com ...
