Yes, SI apathy, I guess. Once upon a time it wouldn't be so on SI. But SO much talk slows down SO much in a down market- pretty much wherever I look, me thinks. And yes, it seems RB largely took over as "Penny Place" pretty well before the crash. Things are certainly very slow though, even on the big boy threads of SI, compared to days of old.
