Lee, They were not clear to trade at all in Ohio from 1/1/97 to 4/14/97. The paper work was either not submitted or not submitted on time. They were forced to let customers out of any trades made during that time frame if the customer so desired. The rest is history. There is nothing wrong with DCI. They are moving forward as they have always done keeping the home fires well lit. LONG AND STRONG!!! GO DCTC!!!! Bruce
